Before your visit
Pre-Care
- ●Stop retinoids 7 days before each session.
- ●No waxing, threading, or other exfoliation for a week prior.
- ●Avoid sun and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks.
- ●Tell us about any new medications or recent treatments.
After your visit
Post-Care
- ●Mild flaking or peeling is normal between days 3 and 7 — let it shed on its own.
- ●SPF 30+ every morning. This is the most important rule.
- ●Gentle, hydrating products only for 5–7 days.
- ●No picking, scrubbing, or pulling skin.
- ●Hold off on retinoids and acids until cleared.
